When I go over to see a new place after work, it's late, the utilities aren't on yet, and it's dark inside. I can tell it's very nice and exactly what I'm looking for. On top of that, the guy renting it out is a real sweetheart. What I discovered, besides a great apartment, is that feeling around in the dark can lead to some really great sex!
